Into the VeVeVerse

  • Post author:

I just got back from DCon this past weekend where they made some pretty big announcements about the VeVeVerse.

I didn’t have high expectations beforehand, but I must say I was pretty impressed with what they shared!

Some of the highlights include:

  • Interoperability– you can include NFTs from other projects, it works with both Unity & Unreal, and supports mobile, desktop, and AR/VR glasses.
  • Ability for users to create and add their own 3D objects, and include interactivity via scripting.
  • Custom lighting, avatars, furniture & accessories, and more.

I’ve updated the entry on the VeVeVerse with all the new details.

Overall I was very impressed and inspired with the vision for the VeVeVerse, and it’s inspired me to learn more about 3D technology so I can better participate in the upcomming world of the metaverse.

Stay tuned– I will be posting more here as I learn more!
